John F. Little failure trailer. Dunbar has been Mayor of the Town of Yountville since 2010. He was reelected to a third four-year term in November of 2018. Mayor Dunbar was appointed to the Town Council in 2004 and was elected to his first full term on the Town Council in 2006.
Mayor Dunbar has been active in the League of California Cities since 2005 and is serving as the 2019-20 President of the statewide local government advocacy organization. He served as North Bay Division president from 2011–2012 and continues to sit on the North Bay Division Executive Committee. In 2016, the North Bay Division appointed Mayor Dunbar to represent the division on the League Board of Directors.
Mayor Dunbar also represents Yountville as a member of the National League of Cities and the U.S. Conference of Mayors.
At the local level, Mayor Dunbar is engaged in numerous regional and county-wide boards and commissions including the Yountville Tourism Improvement District — Local Governing Committee, Napa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, Napa Valley Transportation Authority, Napa County League of Governments, MCE Board of Directors and the Association of Bay Area Governments.
In 2012, California Governor Jerry Brown appointed Mayor Dunbar to the 25th District Agricultural Association, Napa Exposition and Fair Board, where he serves as President. He also is a Board member of The Pathway Home nonprofit veteran treatment program.

A native of Oakland, CA, Mayor Dunbar has been a Yountville resident since 1998. He received a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of California, Davis. He retired in 2013 from the University of California, Berkeley, where he worked in the Athletics Department.
Jeri Hansen
Vice President
Jeri Hansen is CEO of Sustainable Napa County (SNC). SNC is a nonprofit, nongovernmental organization that started in 2007 as an initiative of the Gasser Foundation. SNC actively engages the community in issues related to energy - exploring opportunities and finding practical solutions to our challenges. SNC believes that together we can make our economy stronger, our environment healthier, and our communities more connected.
Jeri is experienced in non-profit and trade association management, community relations and public policy. Before taking the reins of Sustainable Napa County, she was Public Affairs Manager for the Napa Valley Vintners.
Her other professional and management experience includes serving as founding Executive Director of the Lodi Conference and Visitors Bureau – a public private partnership between the City of Lodi and the Lodi-Woodbridge Winegrape Commission; Program Director for the San Joaquin Farm Bureau; and coordinating competitive exhibits and agriculture education programs for the Solano County Fair Association.
Jeri is Past Chair of the Board of the Napa Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Chamber Board of Directors and the Legislative Action Committee.
She is the current Chair of the Napa-Lake Workforce Investment Board and also serves on the Board of Directors for the Napa County Business Incubator, and Napa Humane. She is a graduate of Leadership Napa Valley (LNV) Class 15.
Jeri is Past-State President of California Women for Agriculture, the state’s largest all volunteer agriculture organization with over 3,000 members in 24 chapters statewide and served for six years as a member of the University of California President’s Advisory Commission for the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources. She studied Agriculture Business Management at California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly) San Luis Obispo with a concentration in Agriculture Policy, including coursework in Fair and Exposition Management.
In 2007 she was awarded the Common Threads Award recognizing women in agriculture who are also active in philanthropic and community service, and was named one of North Bay Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 in 2008.

Giancarlo Altamura,30, was appointed to the 25th District Agricultural Association, Napa Valley Exposition Board of Directors. Giancarlo was born and raised in Napa and attended Justin-Siena high school. After high school he lived and attended college at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo and got his bachelors degree in Wine and Viticulture. With this degree he works at his family's winery Altamura in Napa. During his younger years in Napa he was heavily involved in 4-H and raised animals for 10 years at the Napa Town & Country Fair and enjoyed every minute of it.

Jose is a life long resident of Napa Valley. Graduated for St. Helena High School. Attended and graduated from Napa Valley College, the University of California, Davis and has a Masters from California State University, Sacramento. Appointed to the Board in November of 2014. Has worked at Napa Valley College for over thirty (30) years as a counselor. Jose was elected to the Napa Valley Unified School District board in 2004 and is still serving. Jose is a member of Community Action Napa Valley board and was elected Chair in January of 2014.
In the past, He has served on many boards and worked with agencies that addressed the need of the most vulnerable and needing members of our community.

Devonna Smith, 50, of Napa, has been appointed to the 25th District Agricultural Association, Napa Town & Country Fair Board of Directors. After graduating from CSU Chico with a Business Administration degree, Smith moved to Napa in 1988 with her husband, Andy Smith. Both were born and raised in Colusa, CA. They have raised their 2 sons, David and AJ, in Napa and have been very involved with various community organizations. Devonna is currently the Las Amigas Swine leader and has been very actively involved in 4-H for the last 15 years. Smith has worked in the Napa Valley for over 27 years as a CPA, CFO and business owner. She currently works as the Chief Financial Officer/Chief of Staff for Chappellet Winery and Vineyard in St. Helena since March, 2013

Thomas Trzesniewski, 63, of Napa, was appointed to the 25th District Agricultural Association, Napa Valley Exposition in June of 2013. Thomas has been general manager at the Bremer Family Winery since 2011. He was retail manager at Chimney Rock Winery from 2006 to 2010 and worked in multiple positions at Silverado Vineyards from 2005 to 2006. He was an outside salesperson at Hartwell Estate Vineyards from 2004 to 2005, meat manager at American Stores Company LLC from 1996 to 2003 and owner of the Box Office and Ranch Video from 1985 to 1996. Trzesniewski is a member of Friends of the Napa River and the City of Napa Planning Commission. This position does not require Senate confirmation and there is no compensation. Trzesniewski is registered decline-to-state.
